Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY The Lighting Studio | Mask Holdings Pty Ltd Revision 01 – Effective 01 June 2026

Returns window You may return or exchange your order within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Only use clear tape when resealing boxes.

Damaged on delivery If your order arrives damaged, notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thelightingstudio.co.za. Do not attempt to return goods before contacting us — you may be liable for shipping costs if you do.

Return shipping Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is found to be defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and assessed, we will process a refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Defective goods (CPA) In terms of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, if a product is found to be defective within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

Exclusions — we do not accept returns on:

  • Installed or used items
  • Made-to-order or custom-cut products
  • Sale items
  • Light bulbs
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation
